| This is a 4 tape/dvd set, with the actual live CBS news coverage from 11/22/63 of the assassination of John F. Kennedy. The broadcast starts with the opening credits of the soap opera, As The World Turns, which gets interrupted in the middle by a CBS Special Report from Walter Cronkite breaking the news of the shooting. From there you get over 7 hours of studio newsroom coverage just as it happened that tragic day. This is truly incredible material. You see everything from LBJ's return to Washington, interviews with shocked citizens across the country, interviews with political leaders, the breaking news that Oswald had been captured, etc. The black and white picture is EXCELLENT for the age of the broadcast. You won't be disappointed.
